Si vous voulez revenir avec votre véhicule endommagé c’est la qu’il faut être. Après chargement, le conducteur du Clark endommage la porte du conducteur. Et refuse tout constat !
L’entreprise ne veut rien entendre !
Plus jamais ! Et je le déconseille !

Hou kunnen we anders laden als het enkel zijlading is als de achterdeuren kasten zijn .
De schade is gebeurt na de goederen geladen werden. En voor het zijn beurt was had hij al moeten claxonneren omdat jullie chauffeur achteruit reed zonder te kijken en had al bijna de voorkant van de bestelwagen aangereden.
Dus conclussie jullie chauffeur mogen tegen anderen rijden en dat kan jullie niet schelen !

Ik heb hier een nieuwe mini graafmachine gekocht op de veiling. Op de ophaaldag moesten we 2.5 uur (!) wachten voordat wij eindelijk aan de beurt waren. Dit komt doordat er maar 2 man werken terwijl en +- 150 kavels opgehaald worden tussen 0900 en 1500 uur.
De graafmachine stond in de loods en werd gebracht door een vorklift. De machine werd totaal verkeer opgepakt en dit gaf ook flinke schade aan de graafmachine. Tijdens het laden viel de graafmachine. Hierdoor was er een flinke deuk en meerdere krassen. De vorklift bestuurder gaf aan dat ik maar moest mailen en reed weg.
Het contact met AuctionPort is simpelweg idioot te noemen:
'Indien een koper met een machinetransporter of geschikt transportmiddel komt, is het tillen van de machine in principe niet nodig.'
'Het laden van kavels gebeurt door AuctionPort uitsluitend als vrijblijvende hulp en steeds op risico van de koper.'.
De kavels staan in een loods waar alleen personeel mag komen. Het is dus niet mogelijk zelf de kavels te transporteren. Toch zegt AuctionPort dat dit op vrijwillige basis is en ook nog op eigen risico! Conclusie: eigen schuld. Overigens vind AuctionPort 'de schade aan de machine miniem en beperkt van aard'. En dat op een gloednieuw product.
Doe jezelf een lol: loop met een hele grote boog om dit waardeloze bedrijf. Mij zien ze in ieder geval niet meer!

Het platform werkt goed, en het is erg verslavend om dingen te zoeken.
Echter pas op aangezien na het aankopen werken ze als een incassobureau. Mij hebben ze niet geholpen met de informatie die ik nodig had. Weken bellen. Altijd aardig aan de telefoon maar zonder informatie.
Niet aan te raden. Beter direct bij bedrijven in Nederland en België kopen!

Bij het ophalen bleken er diepe krassen tot op het kale metaal te zitten welke niet op de foto's eerder te zien zijn. het lijkt dat er niet zorgvuldig omgegaan wordt met de spullen. Ook lagen er bij ophalen een soort rubberen plakken op de generator met beschadigingen op de verf van de generator, het lijkt erop dat er gestapeld wordt zonder veel aandacht op eventuele beschadigingen.
